How it works

From a thirty minute call to something you own

No long proposals before anyone has looked at your business, and no price list pretending every business is the same. Here is exactly how it goes.

  1. 01

    Free AI strategy call

Thirty minutes. We find the one thing worth doing first, and rule out the things that are not. No cost and no obligation.

  2. 02

    Deep dive

A paid working session on one specific problem. You get a short written plan afterwards, with a rough scope and cost.

  3. 03

    Build

A fixed scope and a fixed price. You see progress as it happens, not a reveal at the end. Elham leads every project personally, and brings in trusted contractors when a build needs more hands.

  4. 04

    Handover with proof

A working system in your own accounts, plain documentation, training, and an evaluation report with a score.

05

Warranty

A period after handover where anything that does not work as agreed gets fixed at no cost. The line between a fault and a new feature is written down in advance, so it never becomes an argument.

06

Ongoing care, if you want it

Optional. Keeping the knowledge up to date, running the evaluation monthly, and watching the running costs. Some clients take this and some run it themselves. Both are fine.

The two sessions

Both are thirty minutes. The difference is what you leave with.

Free AI Strategy Call

Free

A focused 30 minute call to understand your business and find the one thing AI should do for you first. You leave knowing what is worth doing and what is not. No cost and no pressure.

You leave with a direction and an honest opinion. Nothing written up afterwards.

AI Deep Dive

750 kr

A 30 minute working session on one specific problem. We map how the work happens today, decide where AI actually fits, and you get a short written plan afterwards with the scope and a rough cost.

You leave with a written plan, a scope, and a rough cost you can take away and think about. If you go ahead, this is where the fixed quote comes from.

Ownership

Everything is in your name from the first day

Hosting, the database, the AI provider, email, any bot. All created under your account, with me added as a member. It takes half a day longer to set up and it means handover is simply removing my access.

The alternative, where a consultant builds everything in their own accounts and migrates it later, means a painful transfer and a service outage. Some accounts cannot be transferred at all.

  • You hold the accounts and the billing
  • The code is yours
  • Documentation written for a normal person
  • Training, recorded so it outlives whoever attended
Questions

The things people ask before booking

Why are there no prices on the site?
Because a price list would either be wrong or useless. What a customer assistant costs depends on how much you already have written down, how many questions it needs to handle, and whether it plugs into anything. You get a fixed price for a fixed scope after the deep dive, before any work starts.
How long does a build take?
A customer assistant is usually a few weeks. The larger systems take longer. You get a real estimate after the deep dive, not before it, because an estimate given before anyone has looked at your situation is a guess wearing a number.
What happens if it does not work?
You get an evaluation report at handover with an actual score, so this stops being a matter of opinion. There is a warranty period for fixing what does not work as agreed. And if the evaluation says it is not good enough, that is my problem to solve before handover, not yours to discover afterwards.
Who owns it afterwards?
You do. Every account is created in your name from day one, with me added as a member. Handover is me removing my own access. The code is yours. What stays mine is the general patterns and reusable pieces I bring to every project, which is normal and will be written down.
What are the ongoing costs?
AI tools have running costs: hosting, a database, and the AI provider itself, which charges per use. These are usually modest at small business scale, but they are real and they are yours. You get a written estimate before you commit, not a surprise invoice later.
Do I need to understand AI?
No. You need to understand your business, which you already do. My job is the translation. If I ever explain something in a way that leaves you nodding without following, tell me and I will try again.
What if AI is not right for my business?
Then I will say so on the free call, and you will have lost thirty minutes. That happens, and it is a better outcome for both of us than building something you do not need.

Still have a question?

Ask the assistant in the corner, or book the free call and ask me directly.
